Shipping Policy

SHIPPING 

Once we receive your order, we do our best to ship within 2-3 business days. To ensure your shipment is received within the timeframe we advertise, make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. 

Please note: Orders are shipped Monday-Friday during business hours. Packages are not shipped over the weekend/holidays. During holidays, there may be a delay in shipping. 

If you refuse any shipments from Kurves Unleashed, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. 

 

PICK-UP 

Kurves Unleashed offers a pick-up option for local shipments. The pickup location will be on the northside of town. At the point of checkout, select Pick-Up in the Delivery Method section.  You will receive an email confirmation and/or text message with the pickup date, time and location. Your order confirmation and a photo ID is required when picking up your package. 

If you miss your pickup time, please contact us via email to receive a new pickup schedule.   

 

PACKAGES LOST IN MAIL/DELAYED DELIVERIES 

You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered. However, you may contact us within five (5) days to ensure you have the required information to complete the claims process.

We do not issue refunds or credits for delayed deliveries. If the tracking update has a status of "in transit, arriving late,  etc." that means it is moving through the system/process and will arrive later than expected. Once packages are in the possession of the delivery service, it is completely beyond our control and there is nothing we can do to speed up the delivery process.

Kurves Unleashed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages or delayed deliveries.

If you have any issues with your order, contact us by email within two (2) days of your order being delivered to you. We will respond within 12-24 hrs.
